Attached is the October newsletter for you to share with your Departments this month.  It was written by Cathie Goth our Central Division Chairman and has some excellent information for your Department members on how to sign up for the Legislative Alerts using the QR code embedded in the header, along with additional information on accessing the Advocacy Toolkit.  Please distribute to your members as quickly as possible.  There are many events happening legislatively with the most urgent being the impact of the potential shutdown on our military families and our veterans and funding of our military.   This information will give them tools on how to communicate and be up to date.
