Friday July 17 ALA States Dinner $ 50

Pork Loin Plated Dinner  

Slow roasted Pork Loin with chili garlic glaze, garlic mashed Potatoes and vegetable medley. Served with mixed greens, Tuscan baci rolls and butter. Water, iced or hot tea or coffee. 

Saturday July 18 Commander's Banquet $ 70

Deluxe Dinner Buffet

Seared Chicken breast with artichoke & roasted tomato cream sauce and Seared Salmon with lemon caper cream sauce. 

Wild rice pilaf, garden salad, mixed greens with diced apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans and raspberry vinaigrette, sautéed vegetables, 

Tuscan Baci rolls with butter and assorted desserts.
